Client Reviews
What it's like to build with us.
I have been working with Paz Construction for the last 12 years and they are the best in the business. The kindest, most caring team there is. They have built 12+ homes for me — full gut renovations down to the studs as well as new additions and new construction builds. They will even handle permitting and scheduling L&I, they have a comprehensive knowledge of code and they work very quickly but not carelessly at all. Silvio and Silvio Jr. are an incredible team who care very much about your needs and delivering a product to the highest end of satisfaction and care. I recommend them to all of my clients and friends alike.
Alison Goldblum · Google ReviewI absolutely loved working with Silvio and Paz Construction! So reliable and friendly, with great work and attention to details. I used Paz Construction for a full yard renovation with concrete, fencing, and decking. All of Silvio's recommendations were on point, and I trusted him to make design decisions. Would highly recommend!
Laura Goscicki · Google ReviewPaz Construction is wonderful! They recently handled our full gut house renovation while adding approximately 1,200 square feet in an addition. They were supportive and responsive throughout the process and were sensitive to all of our needs. Their work speaks for itself and they are extremely trustworthy. A great crew throughout the process. We are forever grateful for our dream house which they built and the support they've provided after the project was completed. Thank you Silvio and team!
